COVID-19 POLICY

What we are doing: 

  • During your appointment or session, both employee and client will be wearing a mask.
  • Your technician or employee may ask you to adjust your mask in order to perform your service.
  • We are allotting extra time between appointments to perform proper sterilization practices recommended by BC Provincial Health Officer. 
  • We use sanitization procedures prior to all services.
  • Hand sanitizer will be provided at the front desk.
  • Any staff who are unwell will not be coming into the salon.
  • We will be refusing service to any client who comes for their service showing any symptoms of COVID-19 or refuses to put on a mask.  If you exhibit any symptoms related to COVID-19 please reschedule your appointment a minimum of 5 days after exhibiting symptoms.
  • We will not charge a cancellation charge for any guests cancelling due to COVID-19 related symptoms.

What we are asking of you (Our Guests):

  • Please come to your appointment alone with minimal personal items
  • If you or anyone in your family is unwell or has been in contact with someone who has been tested or diagnosed with COVID 19, we ask that you reschedule your appointment.
  • It will be mandatory that you wear a mask during your appointment. You can either provide your own freshly washed or new disposable mask, or we will provide you with a disposable one when you check in.
  • Please bring your own beverage if desired as the tea and water station will be closed during this time until further notice.
  • Please bring your own reading material if desired as reading material will not be available. Free Wi-Fi will be available for guests. 
  • Please keep in mind that our practices are to keep both our clients, our staff and our community safe.
